We believe every family deserves to be seen and heard, and every child deserves a path toward a dignified future.
The Torch of Refuge Welfare Foundation was established to serve as a beacon of hope for families facing the hardships of systemic poverty. While many global initiatives rightly focus on the girl child, we recognise a growing crisis of neglect facing young males in our communities. To build true quality and balance among both genders, our foundation is dedicated to addressing this unique necessity. We aim to reclaim the futures of boys aged 7–18, transitioning them from the streets into environments of safety, education, and purpose.
